Mom's Visit & Easter

The week before Easter had a great visit with my mom for a few days, some pictures from dinner on her last night here... and Maddux's first ever black eye.  Actually turned out to be mostly carpet burn from falling while pushing a toy truck at full speed across the carpet.  Makes for some great pictures with my mom!  He was super happy about it as you can tell from the last picture.

Nola's first Easter home (we were in a hotel in Guangzhou last year for Easter)!  Maddux and Nola both loved coloring eggs, although have yet to eat any of them!  Easter weekend was rainy, but the kids didn't seem to mind an indoor Easter egg hunt - or more like "free for all" at the Surf City Community Center.  Nola finally got to have her first egg hunt - Maddux loves Easter and the egg hunt and had been telling Nola about it for weeks!
